CORE provided design consulting, strategic planning, and financial management service for the Burdick Hall expansion.
Cal State University - Northridge
Student Recreation Center
CORE Unlimited worked with the CSUN team in developing and implementing operational strategies from financial management to professional search & development services toward the successful opening of the facility. After the opening of the SRC, CORE was also engaged to assist the team with the creation of an assessment agenda and continued assistance with their membership management software. CORE has since provided organizational review services.

Bronco Recreation and Intramural Complex (BRIC)
CORE Unlimited provided pre-opening service ranging to include organizational development, executive search, operational processes & manual creation, financial management, program development, and coordinating FF&E purchasing. Since the opening of the SRC, CORE continues to provide organizational development consulting and ongoing operational support.
