Concept & Theme Development

New facilities and wellness spaces should be based on a story which is unique and particular to the locale and prospective user population. CORE has provided clients with comprehensive theme plans including an “experience blueprint” of how the spaces will look and feel. Market research is provided which includes local and regional influences that may then be incorporated into a viable and appealing theme.

Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment (FFE)

FF&E procurement can be an intense and complicated process. CORE works side by side with our clients to develop FF&E strategies that support each project and overall operations. This includes developing layouts/designs, RFPs, budgets, and long term repair & replacement plans. CORE also creates demo and selection strategies that provide opportunities for stakeholder inclusion in the process.

Technology Solutions
